Bouskoura Downtown is a proposed outdoor retail project located in the opposite side of Bouskoura Forest, Casablanca Settat. AKSAL envisage this retail development as outdoor retail which is to be smart, green, and modern with full of outdoor entertainment to offer. The site consists of a retail component, 4-star hotel and gas station, each in its own sub-plots. The buildable area is optimized for maximum allowable GFA for retail components.

The project component per scope matrix dated 4 September 2019 are:

  1. Retail & Services: 25,000m2 GLA
  2. 2.4-start Hotel: approximately 150keys
  3. Offices: 5,000m2BUA
  4. Car Showrooms: 5,000m2BUA
  5. Gas Station
  6. Car park: 3,500 (underground parking)
