Located in a suburb of Bristol which was acquired In March 2018. The part 2 & 3 storey building was part converted into 467 units with the remaining portion of the site being sold off alone with the excess car park land (for new build residential development) There were 255 studios, 19 one beds, 193 two bed apartments as part of the development.
The contract was a JCT Design and Build with a value of circa £15,900,000.
We acted as Quantity Surveyors on this project, with the key tasks of preparing all tender and contract documents. We had to work with funders solicitors to ensure all documents aligned, and negotiated terms with the main contractors.
