This is a 173m and 22m high rise 2nr of residential towers in Dubai Creek Harbour Development. The forecast construction cost was AED 263,000,000.

A raft slab supported by 106nr of piles with pile caps. 300mm to 900mm thick raft at out side the towers foot prints, 1000mm to 2200mm thick rafts for tower areas. Basement consists of two levels, approximate depth is 8 metres. The shoring length is circa 120m.

The structure consists of concrete frame and post-tension floor construction at typical floors. The majority of the slab at basement and podium is 300mm thick flat slab.

The tower consists of 225mm and 300mm thick post-tensioned slabs spanning between perimeter columns/ shear walls and central core walls at towers.

External walls are made of glazed stick curtain walls, aluminium and GFRC rain screen cladding, perforated GRC with aluminium fins, louvers with aluminium screens and steel balustrades.

We acted as Quantity Surveyors from inception to completion of this project at our previous employer, completing all estimates and then managing the project post contract. The building had a GIA of 70,064m2 and 377 apartments.
