The Sentinel Towers development is situated in the Dubai Creek Harbour development. The development consists of 2 plots separated by a road with mirror image podium and tower. Each plot consists of a 3-storey underground basement car park, a ground floor including retail, 1,2, and 3-bedroom Townhouses with pool area on the podium structure that forms the base of a 72-storey tower.

The development will consist of luxury residential apartments. Levels 2, 23, 47 and the roof are assigned for the mechanical services, and level 63 assigned for the penthouse apartments. The podium levels are generally for car parking use.

The highest occupied floor of the tower is approximately 225m above ground level with a roof feature extending to 255m above the ground. This had a GFA of 226,000m2 and an estimated construction cost of AED 1,530,000,000. We acted as Quantity Surveyors under our previous employment.
